HOW TO NETWORK WITH MAJOR RECORD LABEL A&RS​

Always remember that being an A&R at a record label is a job, and with any job you must perform to remain in that position. When an A&R signs you that means they believe in you and are willing to put their career on the line for you.

​

When reaching out to A&Rs simply introduce yourself with a simple hello, followed by a question you may have. Spamming them with your music is just that, spam, and does not really give them a reason to respond. 

​

Record label executives are not on your time and will not always respond when you want them to, which is why patients is key.
