Originating from Raleigh, North Carolina, the five-piece band Antigone (an-TIG-ə-nee) is starting to make an impact in the local scene.
Drawing inspiration from contemporary metalcore, alternative rock, and grunge-infused metal, Antigone crafts a distinctive wall of sound that defines their dynamic live shows. They bring a fresh perspective to the early metalcore sound popularized by bands such as Killswitch Engage, Trivium, and In Flames, as they gratefully contribute their production and performance skills to the genre they have cherished since the beginning of their musical journey.
