Sleeps Under Beams is a joint project by Drew Campbell from Subscotia Music (The Netherlands) and Lisa A Swain from SWAiNSONG Lyrics (California).
The songwriting duo first met in the fall of 2020 and have been collaborating since, although they paused for 11 months to focus on other endeavors.
Now, they have returned, reinventing SUBs with fresh textures and vision while honoring their original passion for dark, brooding atmospheres, resulting in a uniquely rich soundscape. This time, they feature the captivating vocals of Anna Rea (also from The Netherlands), whose hauntingly distinctive voice adds an ethereal layer of magic.
Together, the trio has discovered the "sweet" spot they once sought and now enjoy.
